This Team 365 men's soft shell jacket is a three-layer design with a stretch outer fabric, a brushed tricot backing and an inner weather barrier. The polyester/spandex fabric combines breathability with weather protection, and Windsmart technology adds a barrier for windy conditions, so it works as a polished outer layer for service and workwear teams.

The details are well thought out: a dyed-to-match reverse coil zipper with a semi-autolock rubber pull tab and chin guard, zippered front welt pockets, and double-needle stitching at the hem and cuffs. It comes in Black, Sport Scarlet Red, Sport Athletic Gold, Sport Dark Green, Sport Maroon, Sport Dark Navy, Sport Forest, Sport Graphite, Sport Orange, Sport Purple, Sport Red and Sport Royal, in sizes from XS through 4X Large.
