At Mato & Hash, we use all the major shipping companies including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
We can ship within the domestic United States, to non-contiguous states like Alaska/Hawaii, and internationally!

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your shipping label is made. Your package will be picked up by the carrier and your tracking number will be active within 24 hours (may be affected by weekends).
Production Turnaround Time
The Production Time for your order is separate from shipping. Most orders are started within 24 hours of purchase. Many orders can be completed same-day depending on their size.
Custom/complex orders will take within 5-10 business days to produce. If your order is complex or large, this will start after any required approvals are received.
Shipping Time
After completion, your chosen shipping method will determine how quickly you receive your order. Our standard shipping typically takes within 2-6 business days, but is dependent on time of year, weather, etc.
