The Team 365 women's Leader jacket is a three-layer soft shell with a stretch outer fabric, brushed tricot backing and an inner weather barrier. The team fit and Windsmart technology fabrication, made with a barrier for windy conditions, give it a professional look and a comfortable feel.
It has a matching chin guard, a center front reverse coil zipper and lower zippered pockets. It comes in Black, Sport Scarlet Red, Sport Athletic Gold, Sport Dark Green, Sport Maroon, Sport Dark Navy, Sport Forest, Sport Graphite, Sport Charity Pink, Sport Purple, Sport Red and Sport Royal, in sizes XS through 3X Large.
