Prepare your artwork

Upload a clear, high-resolution version of your design. PNG files with transparent backgrounds are helpful for logos and graphics. JPG and PDF files can also be submitted. If your source artwork is a photograph, TIFF is preferred; contact our team to discuss whether the design is suitable for embroidery.

For image files, aim for 300 PPI/DPI at the intended design size. Our team can help review details or lettering that may need adjustment for stitching.

Preview and approval

The online preview is an approximation of the finished embroidery. The font style follows the product photos. We’ll send you a design proof for approval before production.

Embroidery details

Your artwork provides the reference for the stitched design. If white or blank areas are intended to be part of your design, let our team know. Review the design against your selected shirt color so the lettering and logo remain easy to see.
