Mato & Hash product customization instructions for web

First, find your favorite custom design using our “shop by theme” navigation or by typing into the search bar.
Next, click the “CUSTOMIZE” button located on the right side of the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page.
Once the designer loads into a new window, use the box in the upper left hand side to customize editable text and colors.
When you’ve perfected your customization, click “BUY” in the upper right hand corner to add the customized product to your cart.

Non-custom items can be returned/exchanged for free within 90 days of purchase.

Standard shipping is typically within 2-6 business days after production. Expedited rates are available.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
