Mato & Hash offers custom embroidery on our Gildan 5.3oz Heavy Cotton Men’s T-Shirt. All colors are 100% airlume combed and ringspun cotton, with few exceptions. Neon colors are 50/50 cotton/polyester blends, and Sport Grey is a 90/10 cotton/polyester blend. The shirt has a classic fit, 7/8” ribbed collar, taped neck and shoulders, and double-needle sleeve and bottom hems. It features a tear-away label and provides a premium balance of comfort and durability.

Tips for the Best Results

For logos or graphics, upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, ideally 300 PPI at your intended embroidery size. Simple text designs don’t require a digitized file upload.
