Mato & Hash offers custom embroidery on our The North Face® Ultimate Trucker Caps! The fabric is 100% cotton canvas for the front panels and 100% polyester mesh for the back panels. Accented a structured, mid-profile and an adjustable snapback closure.

Constructed of cotton canvas, this cap has a rugged canvas wash for a vintage look. The adjustable snapback closure allows a customized fit, while mesh venting and eyelets provide breathability and ventilation on the warmest days. Features a contrast embroidered The North Face logo embroidered on left middle panel.

You can quickly add your logo or text to any of our products by using our easy-to-use custom design creator. Simply select your color and size, then hit the customize button.

Once in the program, you can upload your artwork. The optimal file type for uploading photos in this format is a .DST file. A .DST file is what the embroidery machine needs to read the artwork and generate your embroidery design. If you do not have a .DST file, Mato & Hash will work with you from a .JPG, PDF, or .PNG for an additional $28. This $28 is a one-time payment per design called a digitizing fee. It is the process of our artists turning your artwork into an embroidery file. If uploading a logo or graphic, please send a .PNG file without a saved background. For the best quality, the file size should be around 300 PPI/DPI. If you are doing simple text font, a digitized file is not necessary.
