The fabric is 4 oz/yd2 / 130 gsm, 100% polyester sonic heather interlock body and 5.1 oz/yd2 / 180 gsm, 100% polyester mesh side and back panels. Accented with a 6-panel, structured, mid-profile.

Features moisture-wicking fabric, heavy buckram in front panels, sewn eyelets and an adjustable snap-back closure.

Upload Your Artwork

Upload your artwork directly in our design tool. A .DST file is preferred for embroidery because it contains the stitch instructions our machines need.

Don’t have a .DST file? We can work with your JPG, PNG, or PDF and convert it into an embroidery-ready file.

Tips for the Best Results

For logos or graphics, upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, ideally 300 PPI at your intended embroidery size. Simple text designs don’t require a digitized file upload.
