Are you ready to make a splash with your design?

You can quickly add your logo or text to any of our products by using our easy-to-use custom design creator. Simply select your color and size, then hit the customize button.

Once in the program, you can upload your artwork. The optimal file type for uploading photos in this format is a .DST file. A .DST file is what the embroidery machine needs to read the artwork and generate your embroidery design. If you do not have a .DST file, Mato & Hash will work with you from a .JPG, PDF, or .PNG for an additional $28. This $28 is a one-time payment per design called a digitizing fee. It is the process of our artists turning your artwork into an embroidery file. If uploading a logo or graphic, please send a .PNG file without a saved background. For the best quality, the file size should be around 300 PPI/DPI. If you are doing simple text font, a digitized file is not necessary. How do you customize a product?

1. First, find your favorite custom design using our “shop by theme” navigation or by typing into the search bar.
2. Next, click the “CUSTOMIZE” button located on the right side of the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page.
3. Once the designer loads into a new window, use the box in the upper left hand side to customize editable text and colors.
4. When you’ve perfected your customization, click “BUY” in the upper right hand corner to add the customized product to your cart.
