Mato & Hash offers custom embroidery on our Adams Outback Brimmed Hat! The fabric is 70% cotton and 30% polyester. Offering a UPF 45+ protection and an adjustable chin strap with pull-up fabric chin lock. 

Features include a stain-resistant coating, wide brim, mesh ventilation insert in the crown, a green under visor to reduce glare, and an interior self-adhesive closure pocket (4”w x 2”h imprint area).

Are you ready to make a splash with your design?  

You can quickly add your logo or text to any of our products by using our easy-to-use custom design creator. Simply select your color and size, then hit the customize button. 

Once in the program, you can upload your artwork. The optimal file type for uploading photos in this format is a .DST file. A .DST file is what the embroidery machine needs to read the artwork and generate your embroidery design. If you do not have a .DST file, Mato & Hash will work with you from a .JPG, PDF, or .PNG for an additional $28. This $28 is a one-time payment per design called a digitizing fee. It is the process of our artists turning your artwork into an embroidery file. If uploading a logo or graphic, please send a .PNG file without a saved background. For the best quality, the file size should be around 300 PPI/DPI. If you are doing simple text font, a digitized file is not necessary.
