Mato & Hash offers custom embroidery on our Adams Extreme Adventurer Hats! The fabric is 70% cotton and 30% nylon. Accented with a terry cloth sweatband and Adams exclusive Cool-Crown™ mesh lining. Offering protection against UV rays (UPF50+) and treated with a water- and stain-repellent coating. 

This guide style bucket silhouette hat features a floatable brim with a length of 4" for added sun protection, a contrasting undervisor, a chin strap with barrel lock adjuster and a UPF 50+ flag label. Sized at S/M and L/XL.

Upload Your Artwork

Upload your artwork directly in our design tool. A .DST file is preferred for embroidery because it contains the stitch instructions our machines need.

Don’t have a .DST file? We can work with your JPG, PNG, or PDF and convert it into an embroidery-ready file.

Tips for the Best Results

For logos or graphics, upload a high-resolution PNG with a transparent background, ideally 300 PPI at your intended embroidery size. Simple text designs don’t require a digitized file upload.
