The optimal file type for uploaded photos is TIFF. If you're uploading a logo or graphic, please send a PNG file without a saved background. For the best quality, the file size needs to be 300 PPI/DPI. If you have questions on your file, please contact one of our friendly, helpful customer service representatives!

How do you customize a product?
- First, find your favorite custom design using our “shop by theme” navigation or by typing into the search bar.
- Next, click the “CUSTOMIZE” button located on the right side of the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page.
- Once the designer loads into a new window, use the box in the upper left hand side to customize editable text and colors.
- When you’ve perfected your customization, click “BUY” in the upper right hand corner to add the customized product to your cart.
