RETURNS POLICY
At Mato & Hash we want you to feel at ease knowing that there are options available if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accommodate any return or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must be in original condition with tags intact for a return or exchange. Custom products are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Orders usually ship out 1 to 3 business days after receiving payment depending on the size of the order. Production time excludes shipping time and is dependent on a swift mockup approval from the customer if necessary.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
