RETURNS POLICY

At Mato & Hash we want you to feel at ease knowing that there are options available if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accommodate any return or exchange within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must be in original condition with tags intact for a return or exchange. Custom products are not eligible for return or exchange. Shipping and handling costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING

At Mato & Hash we use all the major shipping companies including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Our shipping department will make sure we choose the most efficient shipping method to ensure that your packages arrive on time. If you are unsure of which shipping method to choose when checking out please reach out to us and let our team help you choose the best option so that you can rest easy knowing your packages will arrive on time.

Orders usually ship out 1 to 3 business days after receiving payment depending on the size of the order. Production time excludes shipping time and is dependent on a swift mockup approval from the customer if necessary.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
