The optimal file type for uploaded photos is TIFF. If you’re uploading a logo or graphic, please send a PNG file without a saved background. For the best quality, the file size needs to be 300 PPI/DPI. If you have questions on your file, please contact one of our friendly, helpful customer service representatives!

How do you customize a product?

1. First, find your favorite custom design using our “shop by theme” navigation or by typing into the search bar.
2. Next, click the “CUSTOMIZE” button located on the right side of the “ADD TO CART” button on the product page.
3. Once the designer loads into a new window, use the box in the upper left hand side to customize editable text and colors.
4. When you’ve perfected your customization, click “BUY” in the upper right hand corner to add the customized product to your cart.
