This notice applies only to the internal supplier-alert SMS program using (844) 519-0380, separately from customer marketing texts.

Information used

For this program, Malton LLC uses the recipient's name, mobile number, consent record, opt-out preference and message delivery information to administer enrollment and send operational alerts. Alert messages may identify a supplier and the type of update problem; they will not include API passwords, access keys, customer information or detailed financial data.

Sharing

Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is shared with service providers, including AWS and telecommunications carriers, only as needed to operate and deliver this messaging service, or where required by law.

Access, retention and requests

Program records are restricted to authorized administrators and service providers. They will be retained only as needed to operate the program, honor opt-outs, resolve delivery issues and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. To request access, correction or deletion, contact support@matohash.com. A minimal opt-out record may be kept to prevent unwanted re-enrollment.
