The optimal file type for uploading photos in this format is a .DST file. A .DST file is what the embroidery machine needs to read the artwork and generate your embroidery design. If you do not have a .DST file, Mato &amp; Hash will work with you from a .JPG, PDF, or .PNG for an additional $28. This $28 is a one-time payment per design called a digitizing fee. It is the process of our artists turning your artwork into an embroidery file. If uploading a logo or graphic, please send a .PNG file without a saved background. For the best quality, the file size should be around 300 PPI/DPI. If you are doing simple text font, a digitized file is not necessary.
